These outputs can be set (switch parameter "Mode") to:
1- Not used
2- Sensor Supply used
1-Not used
The ouput is not used.
2- Sensor Supply used
These outputs are dedicated to low consumption sensors or to to fix an analogue set point to drive an analogue ECU input.
to correctly use the output, the following parameters and mnemonics must been taken in consideration.
2.1-Parameters
The following parameters are to be set for the sensor supply function :
| Category | parameter | Description |
| General |
'Mode'
|
To use or not the current output
|
'Recurr. Period: SSPa'
|
Set the recurrence period for the OUT_V frame, which is sent by the master to command Sensor supply outputs of the POWER ECU.
SENS_SUP1 and SENS_SUP2 have a common recurrence period.
|
'Recurr. Period: SSPb'
|
Set the recurrence period for the OUT_V frame, which is sent by the master to command Sensor supply outputs of the POWER ECU.
SENS_SUP3 and SENS_SUP4 have a common recurrence period.
|
| Degraded Mode |
'Degraded Mode'
|
To use or not this output in degraded mode
|
'Voltage output'
|
defines the Voltage applied on the output in degraded mode. The valid range for voltage is 0 to 15000 mV.
|
2.2-Mnemonics
The mnemonics names for Powers ECU IO must applies a set of rules
more details.
The following mnemonics are available for the sensor supply function:
| Mnemonic |
STraToN Type |
Description |
'Output_Ana'
|
WORD |
Variable indicating the voltage output level. It is an analogue value between 0 and 15000 mV.
|
'Fault'
|
BOOL |
A boolean value indicating to the software whether a fault is detected (value set to true) or not on the output.
|
'Equipment'
|
BOOL |
The usage of the variables of default is not active while the variable connected to this mnemonic has its value to 'False'( more details ).
