Effects on the driving operation No communication with the TIM possible. Unable to read the transmission-specific data. The vehicle might drive with the wrong transmission configuration.
Possible causes The transmission temperature is too high. The transmission oil temperature sensor might be defective. The software version of the transmission control unit does not match the software version of the TIM. Internal fault in the transmission control unit. Internal fault in the TIM.
