Visual outputs of the Voith gear range selector E330


Any occurring faults are indicated to the driver by blinking gear range selector lights. The different blinking codes inform about type and priority of the fault. This function is available as of gear range selector switch version G01.03. The software version is displayed in the Identification data in the ALADIN ECU Report.

CAN fault

The gear range selector has no communication on the CAN bus. (no connection between gear range selector and transmission control unit)

The event memory of the transmission control unit signals one priority 1 fault saved after the ignition has been switched on.

10 seconds All 2 Hz (twice per second) 1 / 1
Priority 2 event (saved) 

The event memory of the transmission control unit signals one priority 2 fault saved after the ignition has been switched on.

10 seconds All 2 Hz (twice per second) 1 / 1
Priority 1 event (current) 

The transmission control unit signals one currently active priority 1 fault.

Until ignition is off All 2 Hz (twice per second) 1 / 1
Priority 2 event (current)

The transmission control unit signals one currently active priority 2 fault.

Priority 6 event (current)

The transmission control unit signals one currently active priority 6 fault.
