DIWA operating data

Operating data make the Voith automatic transmissions the source of information in the vehicle. The operating data are used to reduce operating costs, increase availability, optimize the drive train design, etc. For this purpose, all the relevant data are recorded, classified and accumulated by the transmission controller over the complete transmission runtime. The operating data are displayed in the ALADIN report.

Operating data are recorded throughout the entire transmission runtime and are therefore never deleted. This is comparable to the total kilometer counter on the dashboard.
Similar to the daily kilometer counter, there is, of course, the question of how operating data can be recorded over a specific period. The Delta report is available in ALADIN for this purpose.
The comparison between several vehicles is also possible. The ALADIN comparison report is available for this purpose.

Operating data are visualized in various chapters within the report.

• Key figures
  The key figures provide a quick overview of the vehicle use. Here you will find the average speed, operating hours in the various gears, stops/km and much more.
• Dwell time analysis
  Here you find out how often and how long the vehicle has been sitting with the engine running in various situations. Unnecessary fuel consumption can be quickly identified in this way.
• Service report
  The Service report calculates key values that provide information on the amount of loads on the transmission. The loads primarily result from the vehicle use and topography.
• Selected operating data
  This is the database from which all other key values are calculated.
