Code 0C7280 — Main Controller -Safty Controller - Interface — Timeout of the main controller - safety controller communication. — The main controller does not receive a response form the safety controller.

Procedure

1 Replace controller

NOTICE

Damage to the transmission controller due to overvoltage!

  1. Turn the ignition off prior to installation or removal.

  2. Never expose the on-board electrical wiring to higher voltages than 45 V.

  3. Do not touch any contacts to avoid ESD (electrostatic discharging) and soiling

Dismantle/replace the controller and send it to the Voith Customer Service for inspection.

Procedure for dismantling the controller

  1. Unplug connectors A, B, C, D (connector secured by "lug", lift "lug")

  2. Press the device backwards (I.) against the springs (1).

  3. List the device out of the rail (2) upwards (II.).

  4. Pull out the device.
