DIWA.5 operating data of the 2nd generation 


Operating data make the Voith automatic transmissions the source of information in the vehicle. Operating data is used to reduce operation expenses, increase availability, optimize the drive line configuration, etc... For this purpose, all the relevant data is recorded, classified and cumulated by the transmission control unit over the complete transmission runtime. In addition to the operating data, there is a so-called header that contains basic and correction values for data acquisition. Operating data is displayed in the ECU report according to the following areas:

It depends on your current user level what operating data contents is displayed in the report.

How to delete operating data:

Operating data is recorded throughout the entire transmission runtime and is therefore never deleted. The Delete Operating Data function is available only in development and production. If you want to delete operating data, click Service > Reset > Delete operating data in the main window. For further information, please see: Reset functions.

Operating data versions:

Operating data is subject to a constant further development and is therefore provided in different versions. The version is indicated in the header. For further information, please see: Operating data header
