Header data

The header data are basic and correction values required for calculating the operating data and, consequently, also for the indices. Header data is used as expert information.

Header data versions:

Operating data - version

  E300 E300.1
5 E300-D2.3.0.0
6 E300-D2.4.0.0
7 E300-D2.5.0.0 E300.1-D5.0.0.0
7 E300-D2.5.1.0 E300.1-D5.0.1.0
7   E300.1-D5.1.0.0

Header data contents:

Header data Description / note Example
    Raw value Formatted value
Version number The version number indicates the version of the operating data structure and the corresponding system (E300 / E300.1). 262144 4
Start address The memory start address for the operating data in the transmission control unit 4196352 0x00408000
Correction value, axle ratio i(A) Corrects the value for the axle ratio stored in the dataset to suit the actual vehicle axle ratio. 5,970 5,970
Dataset value, dynamic tyre radius in [mm]   486 486
Correction value for transmission ratio This value is always 1,000 10,000 1,000
Parameter TimeSlicesOfNoCumulation Operating data is cumulated only if specific operating conditions are provided. Non-cumulative times are indicated here. 12766725 354:37.52
Parameter ReasonsForNoCumulation Reasons for not cumulating, for example: Axle ratio i(A) missing. The reasons are encoded in hexadecimal. 16777216 0x01000000
Parameter TimeSlicesOfConsistence There are reasons that might involve inconsistency between the operating data. The duration of inconsistency is indicated here. 0 00:00.00
Parameter ReasonsForNoConsistence Reasons for inconsistency of the operating data encoded in hexadecimal 0 0x00000000
Parameter NumOfOperationCycles Describes the number of operating cycles. 24
Parameter NumOfOperationCyclesHidden Describes the number of operating cycles. 25
