Description

A fault has been detected while monitoring the flexible output: The output has not switched on despite the activation signal or has not switched off despite the deactivation signal. However, no fault was detected.

Effects on the driving operation

The flexible output at the gear range selector is non-functional.

Possible causes

Flexible output of the gear range selector is defective / malfunctions.

The CAN controller in the gear range selector or transmission control unit is defective / malfunctions.

Check cabling of the flexible output.

Check flexible output (activate and measure level, deactivate and measure level). If activation or deactivation does not work, the gear range selector should be replaced.
