Time slices in drive, brake and standstill classes |
This operating data field specifies the ratio of driving times to standstill periods. The driving times are divided into driving times and times with an active brake request. The brake request is sufficient for the classification. An activated converter brake is not required for that. The ratio of the individual times can be used to generate conclusions on the fuel consumption. Standstill periods with the engine running – especially unnecessary warm-up- und run-out phases – have a negative effect on the fuel consumption. The sum of the individual values is identical to the operating hours of the transmission (with the engine running). |
|
| |
|
09h |
Number of revolutions at the output in drive and brake classes |
In this operating data field, the number of revolutions at the transmission output (n2) is cumulated. The values are stated for forward and reverse driving. The forward gears are stated individually. The values allow for the calculation of the total distance in forward and reverse gear and additionally the gear-dependent distance shares. |

03h |
Frequency of a stop time class in the warm-up phase |
The stop duration classes contain information on how long the vehicle has been standing with the engine running and how often one of the defined standstill classes has been occupied. Knowledge of the frequency of stop duration classes supports conclusions on the fuel consumption. Stop duration classes are available for the standstill periods before the start of the drive (warm-up phase), between drive sections and for the run-out phase of the engine if the drive is not continued. |

Auxiliary equipment losses with the vehicle in standstill |
For the assessment which performances are to the disadvantage of the auxiliary equipment in the vehicle, the engine torques during standstill in accelerator pedal position 0 are cumulated when the gear is in neutral or ANS. A standstill without ANS does not make for a cumulation in this field. If aggregates such as kneeling or air conditioning system are active, the engine will supposedly have a correspondingly high torque even in standstill. A part of that (~ 50Nm) is caused by the transmission. The rest above this basic requirement is caused by the auxiliary equipment. |
