Description

Undiagnosible fault

Effects on the driving operation

Unable to detect temperature, possible consequences:

The temperature-related deactivation of the retarder is restricted.

Possible causes

The cause could be a cable break or short-circuit to supply voltage.

If the error 'Reference voltage too high' is also present, this indicates a short-circuit to supply voltage.

If only one temperature sensor reports this fault, there is probably a cable break at this sensor.
