Code 0F8080 — Messages from hybrid system VHC/M300 — An insulating fault has appeared in the system DIWAhybrid/M300. — The reconnaissance is carried out via isiolation supervision by an external isolation monitor. The isolation monitor monitors the isolation condition between the active leaders.

Procedure

1 Carry out ALADIN diagnosis

    Clear event memory

  1. Clear event memory.

    Event memory cleared

    Event memory cleared (Check under ("Reporting > Event Memory > Check mark set")

  2. Possibly test drive

    Should the fault reoccur:

    Upload

  3. Perform an upload with the ALADIN diagnosis software.

  4. Then please contact the VOITH customer service.

2 Uploading M300 inverter controller

If possible, perform an upload of the M300 inverter controller using the ALADIN diagnosis software. Please subsequently contact the VOITH customer service. Only applies to DIWAhybrid
